Salam kawan-kawan,
Hari nie diba nk bercerita pasal perkembangan braces diba. So far dh ada la line yg lurus untuk gigi nie. But then Dr gigi diba nk sama kan center line barisan gigi atas dan barisan gigi bawah. Urgh! rasanya everytime visit pun mmg rasa sakit. Cakap jela pe je; ngilu gigi, gusi berdarah, gigi berdarah. I've been there. Tapi I'm not complaining. Mmg nk #chanteks kan? So hadap jela.Bukan nyer boleh mati pun. ( HAHA aku mmg hati batu)
So sampai mana tadi? nk samakan center line kan?
Dr gigi aku gunakan elastic band. lebih kurang mcm dalam gambar kt bawah nie la.

Aku dh masuk tiga bulan pakai mende alah nie. Tapi HAHA aku tak tukar hari-hari. Bila dh putus, baru aku pasang baru. Kena marah dengan dr, kali nie aku dapat elastic band yang kecik. Padan muka aku. Mmg hampir setiap masa putus. Sebab kecik sangat mana leh regang nor. So mmg gigi tuh dapatla center line yang #chanteks sekali.
Mula2 pakai, aku rasa " mak aiii, pelik giler kena pakai mende nie"
Si sepol pun pelik, siap cakap mcm kena ikat je gigi tuh.

Family aku plak bukan perasan pun. Kan dalam mulut. Lagipun bukan apa. Cuma bila aku bercakap nampak elastic band tuh baru diorg tegur pe mende dalam mulut aku tuh. Siap cakap, dh la kena ikat ikut baris (braces), nie kena ikat atas bawah plak. -______________-*
So far aku ok jer. Sakit tak sakit, aku g je makan ayam goreng KFC. HAHA yg penting aku kenyang. Haish.
Meh baca pe itu elastic band (braces) taken from getyourbraces.com
Wearing rubber bands improves the fit of your upper and lower teeth and/or jaws - the bite. Rubber bands align your bite and are very important for the bite-fixing phase of orthodontic treatment, which is usually the longest and most difficult part of the whole process. Our high-tech braces and wires will straighten your teeth relatively quickly, it is the aligning/fixing of the bite (the way your teeth and jaws fit together - "overbite" correction for example, as shown in picture to the right) that usually takes longer and determines when you're ready to get the braces off. Your full cooperation and commitment with the rubber bands is required and will lead to the best possible orthodontic result in the shortest amount of time. Yes, rubber band wear is vital to successful treatment, so always strictly follow the instructions and regiment we give you for wearing your elastics.
You should wear your elastics constantly, twenty-four hours a day including when you eat a snack, play, and sleep, unless otherwise instructed, taking them out only to brush, floss, put new elastics in, and very occasionally to eat. Most of the time you should eat with your elastics in and replace them with fresh ones after the meal. In fact, when you are eating you're really putting your rubber bands to work and your teeth will move even faster! But, if they really get in your way during a big meal you may need to remove them, even though we urge you to keep them in if you can, especially during casual snacking. You should also wear them when you sleep. Every morning, discard the previous day's elastics and replace them with fresh elastics from the packet we have provided for you. If you play sports keep your elastics in unless you need to wear a mouth-guard. After removing your mouth-guard, put the elastics back in.
You should change your elastics 3-4 times a day, at the very least every 12 hours, even if they are not broken, because after a while they lose their strength and elasticity. It usually takes a couple of days to get used to putting in your elastics and at first you might need to use a mirror, but after a little practice you’ll be able to hook them up with your eyes closed. If for any reason you run out or lose your supply of elastics, call or email the office and we will have a new supply waiting for you at the reception desk, or we’ll mail them to you.
perasan tak memula cakap diba last2 jadi aku?HAHA
