Update wedding : Typewriter! :)

Salam semua tinggal lagi 17 hari lagi till the wedding. hahaha rasa berdebar gilerrr... So last weekend diba n angah, kitorg g shah alam. Terima kasih sgt2 adik ku. :) nnt along tolong plak time wedding angah. :)

Update wedding : customised plate ! :)

Salam semua! :)
 
Tak sabar nya nk kawin! :) Hari ni g jenjalan kt mid valley. Eceh padahal mmg sengaja nk g mid valley untuk buat customised plate. Kebetulan ada keje kt IKU bangsar. So amik kesempatan buat plate tuh.
 
 
Nama kedai dia Galaxy Gift. Dia on 2nd floor, centre court, Mid valley. dia boleh masuk maximum 12 letters. Memula rs mcm tak cukup. Sebab SAIFUL & ADIBAH dah 13 letters. Nasib baik kawan diba, kak sam bg brilliant idea. Dia cakap napa tak buat nama panggilan? then diba ckp yela. Kalo nama panggilan tak sampai pun 12 letters. Yay!! memula nk buat ada symbol love. Pastu rasa better buat hashtag. teheeee
 
dia ada dua jenis plat, satu RM69.90 & RM79.90. yang diba amik ni RM69.90. Dia boleh tukar warna but then diba suka black n gold. Kalo tukar warna kena tambah RM10.00

Rambles

In the next 50 years of my life, I would like to have been remembered by how passionate I am in dealing how I live, by whom I live with. Being loved by so many friends and foe. Having to control over much people in the organisation. Yet still have no fear in losing to loneliness and loss of hope. Being not forgetting the importance essence of life; being such a humble person at Almighty and not forgetting how life has been a great teacher so I can pass it down towards the future children. I want to cherish and been known as a person who knows where to explore and yet not afraid to become someone who is bigger than life. Always know where to have my loved one and being with them when they needed it the most.
 
Those were my writing in 5 minutes at one slot of the motivational days conducted by states to all Pahang's nutritionist. As much being cliché, many rather wrote in Malays but I tend to wrote in English. Not to show how fluent or poyo I am in having English to voice out my dreams, but I really can poured my feeling out better in English.
 
I do believe I am in somehow makes others intimidate with my appearances. People calls me names; snobbish, self centred, 'sombong'. You named it. Because they don't know me. I am actually always blur. Sometimes lost in space especially if in a boring topic. First it does stressed me out, trying my hard to change to become what others want. But through time, I gave up. I will never satisfied everyone. Never. So I rather being called names than being plastic.
 
I am a normal human being. As much as I want to be nice to people, people tend to remember those that bad thing you do. Always. So, being original is always the best. Leave the judgement to others. Its not like it is the end of the world. Even though, I really want to be "in" by the group of the workplace, I am just being me. I can't really have everyone to be at the same page as I am. People said I am being nice to kiss ass. But seriously, don't we all want others to treat us nicely? I know explaining things will never enough to those judgemental towards you. So I thought it is really ok being who you are even the world against you.
 
I might be new, unpredictable, raw and less experience than others. But I am not afraid, bold and smart enough to be better than others. Silent is gold. But doesn't mean I am weak. It just a matter of time to grow into someone important and magnificent.
 
I do change. I admit it. But into someone better. InshaAllah. I will show even by being nice, you keep friend close and enemy closer. Don't you ever gave up before it is even started. My life have been a complete mess when I couldn't finish my semester. But I managed to stand up with my own two feet. I don't think when we stumbled into a major bump or maybe a U-turn, we should think negative and die. But heads up be brave to endure the hardness and achieve what you think is right.

Love yourself enough but challenge yourself to become better everyday.

Never succumb to any pressure and trash talk people made towards you but hold up high so they will know they will never beat you down.

Have always your loved one close as only they the only reason for you to be great.

Cherish those who appreciated you and grateful that people which the same manner.

I love being original and always be humble.

Being hold back doesn't mean you are weak, sometime be a bigger person benefits us more in the future.

Things that I have always wanted.

The wedding is getting closer than I have ever imagined. I can't believe it since all the friends have at least one kid already. Its been like 4 years since the last time I went to another blogger's wedding. I think. I don't count. Well. I have watched and dreamed. Now my turn have finally arrived. 

I wish to have a all white dais for my reception. I know I am such a dreamer. Hopefully kak zaifie will do her magic to fullfilled my dream. And to have a pair of raja sehari and ratu sehari attire. Well this mainly will depends on my groom since kak zaifie said not all cloth will fit him. Hurm. 

I want to wear a pair of stilettos maybe in champagne colour of lace at my reception's day. I hope it can be done ya amy.


Right now I am looking for someone who can have my hand "inai" so it would be so perfect on the pictures. huuuu


Others I will start building my own photo booth starting next month. Now gathering the info and the item that required to make this happened. I can't wait to make it into reality. Plus I can continue the business in more aggressive and hopefully more enjoyable. 

As for the catering have been book last month. Yeah last minute change. Nasib baik have one last slot.

And we are also changing our solemnization place. huuu nervousnya laaa. Hopefully everything turn out to be fine.


And ada satu lagi masalah besar. I can't figure out nk bagi doorgift apa. :(

Pemakanan Semasa Hamil

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera semua,

Berita yang paling menggembirakan bagi pasangan yang baru berkahwin apabila si isteri telah disahkan mengandung. Bukan sahaja si suami tetapi seluruh anggota keluarga menyambut baik kedatangan ahli keluarga yang baru.

Namun di awal kehamilan perlu diingat, keperluan nutrient tubuh badan meningkat. Pemakanan yang baik ketika hamil boleh membantu ibu dan bayi supaya kekal sihat. Kekurangan atau berlebihan zat boleh menjejaskan kesihatan ibu dan bayi.

Amalkan pemakanan yang sihat berpandukan pyramid makanan. Nikmati pelbagai jenis makanan berpandukan pyramid makanan bagi memastikan pengambilan makanan adalah seimbang dan mengandungi semua zat yang diperlukan.

Tip Pemakanan Sihat berpandukan pyramid makanan

Nasi, mi, roti, bijirin, produk bijirin dan ubi-ubian

- Cuba pelbagaikan makanan daripada kumpulan makanan ini dengan mengambil dari sumber yang berbeza setiap hari. Jenis makanan adalah bergantung kepada selera ibu masing-masing

- Roti mil penuh, bijirin mil penuh, beras perang merupakan sumber serat yang baik untuk mengelakkan sembelit.

Sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan

- Bagi mengurangkan kehilangan vitamin ketika memasak sayur-sayuran, gunakan air yang sedikit sahaja dan jangan masak terlalu lama (hanya 5-10 minit).

- Digalakkan juga mengambil ulam-ulaman yang segar di dalam hidangan harian.

- Pilihlah buah-buahan yang segar. Juga boleh dijadikan jus sebagai minuman.

- Jus buah-buahan yang segar adalah pilihan yang lebih baik berbanding air manis yang lain jika makan di luar.

Ikan, ayam, daging dan kekacang

- Cuba pelbagaikan makanan daripada kumpulan makanan ini dengan mengambil dari sumber yang berbeza setiap hari.

- Sumber kekacang seperti kacang rebus dan kuih yang menggunakan kekacang bagus diambil sebagai snek.

- Ikan dan makanan laut kaya dengan sumber iodin. Sumber iodin penting untuk proses pembesaran, perkembangan saraf dan pembentukan sel-sel otak janin dan bayi

Susu dan produk tenusu
 
- Susu perlu diminum setiap hari
- Bagi yang mengalami masalah berlebihan berat badan, pilihla susu yang rendah lemak atau susu skim. Kurangkan mengambil krimmer atau minuman yang mengandungi krimmer kerana mengandungi lemak tepu yang tinggi
- Susu pekat manis tidak boleh menggantikan susu tepung atau susu segar. Kandungan kalsiumnya adalah rendah dan gulanya pula terlalu tinggi
 
Lemak, minyak, gula dan garam
 
- Bagi yang mempunyai masalah berlebihan berat badan sebelum mengandung, kurangkan menggunakan minyak, santan, mentega dan marjerin dalam masakan
- Digalakkan menggunakan garam jenis beriodin bagi memastikan bayi anda memperolehi iodin yang cukup ketika dalam kandungan.
 
MAKAN LEBIH SUMBER ASID FOLIK, ZAT BESI DAN VITAMIN C
 
Asid folik dan zat besi penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin pada awal kehamilan. Vitamin C pula membantu meningkatkan penyerapan zat besi.
 
ASID FOLIK

a.       Mencegah kecacatan tulang belakang bayi (Neural Tube Defect)
b.      Diperlukan dalam pembentukkan darah
Hati ayam, daging, ayam, telur, sayuran hijau, buah dan sayur berwarna kuning, kekacang, beras perang, barli, oat

Tips :
 
a. Hati, limpa, atau paru dimakan sekali seminggu. Boleh dijadikan bahan perencah ke dalam masakan lain.
 
b. Sayur berwarna hijau hendaklah diambil setiap hari sekurang-kurangnya 1/2 cawan sebanyak 2 kali sehari
 
c. Buah dan sayur berwarna kuning seperti betik, oren, jagung dan labu dijadikan pilihan utama
 
d. Sumber kekacang boleh dijadikan snek seperti kacang rebus, kacang kuda rebus dan bubur kacang hijau. Jika ingin memakan kuih-muih, pilihla yang berasaskan kekacang
 
 
ZAT BESI
Fungsi
Sumber
a.       Pembentukan darah ibu dan janin
b.      Mencegah anemia di kalangan ibu dan bayi
c.       Membantu membawa oksigen di dalam darah
Hati ayam, kerang, daging, ayam, sotong, ikan, ikan bilis, hati lembu, kismis

Tips :
 
a. Makan makanan yang tinggi kandungan zat besi bersama makanan tinggi kandungan vitamin C seperti sayur-sayuran, buah-buahan dan jus.
 
b. Elakkan mengambil makanan yang tinggi kandungan zat besi bersama minuman yang mengandungi kafein seperti the dan kopi kerana boleh mengurangkan penyerapan zat besi yang ada di dalam makanan tersebut
 
 
VITAMIN C
Fungsi
Sumber
a.       Meningkatkan system imuniti
b.      Membantu penyerapan zat besi
c.       Membantu pembentukan kolagen yang membina gusi, gigi dan tulang bayi
Jambu batu, betik, buah limau, manga, belimbing, sayuran hijau

Tips :
a. Buah-buahan dijadikan kemestian untuk diambil setiap hari
b. Makanlah buah-buahan tempatan kerana sangat kaya dengan vitamin C terutama di musim buah-buahan
c. Tingkatkan lagi pengambilan sayur berdaun hijau. 
 
 
TINGKATKAN PENGAMBILAN SUMBER KALSIUM
 
KEPENTINGAN KALSIUM
a. Pembentukan tulang janin
b. Mencegah kehilangan kalsium pada ibu bagi mengurangkan risiko osteoporosis (kerapuhan tulang).
c. Membina penyimpanan kalsium ibu sebagai persediaan untuk menyusukan bayi.
 
SUMBER MAKANAN KAYA KALSIUM
 
Susu , dadih, keju, ikan bilis, hasil soya, sayur hijau
 
Tips :
 
a. Susu perlu diambil 2-3 gelas sehari. Jika tidak dapat meminum susu berwarna putih, pilihlah susu yang mempunyai perisa lain seperti susu berperisa coklat, strawberi ataupun vanilla. Susu juga boleh dicampur di dalam minuman lain.
b. Sumber soya seperti air soya, tauhu, tau fu fah dan tempe juga kaya dengan kalsium. Makanlah makanan sumber soya 3-4 kali seminggu. Jika puan tidak meminum susu, maka perlulah tingkatkan lagi pengambilan dari makanan sumber soya.
c. Gunakanlah ikan bilis sebagai perencah di dalam kebanyakkan masakan selain daripada dijadikan hidangan utama.
 
PENGAMBILAN PIL HEMATINIK
 
Pengambilan pil hematinic mengikut arahan doctor sangat penting semasa hamil bagi menampung keperluan nutrient yang meningkat semasa hamil
 
Pil hematinic terdiri daripada empat jenis pil iaitu :
 
- pil zat besi (ferrous fumarate)
- pil asid folik
- pil vitamin C
- pil vitamin B kompleks (BCo)
 
Fakta
 
Elakkan makan pil hematinic dengan kopi, teh, minuman berkola, minuman bercoklat dan susu. Minuman ini mengandungi bahan yang menghalang penyerapan zat besi.
 
Makan pil hematinic bersama air kosong atau jus buah-buahan untuk penyerapan yang optimum
 
 
 
PENAMBAHAN BERAT BADAN
 
Ibu yang hamil akan mengalami peningkatkan berat badan.
 
Sekiranya ibu mengalami masalah kurang berat badan semasa hamil, ibu perlu lebih meningkatkan berat badan semasa hamil.
 
Jika ibu mempunyai masalah berlebihan berat badan atau obes, puan perlu dapatkan nasihat daripada doctor. Peningkatan berat badan semasa hamil seharusnya tidak terlalu tinggi.
 
Kenaikan berat badan normal adalah seperti berikut :
5 bulan pertama
0.5 kg/ sebulan
5 bulan dan ke atas
0.5 kg/ seminggu
Keseluruhan penambahan berat badan
12.5 kg (25% daripada berat badan sebelum mengandung)
 
PERINGATAN!

Semasa hamil bukanlah masa yang sesuai untuk mengurangkan berat badan.

A very sad tragedy #MH17

 Dear all families of passengers and flight attendant of #MH17, please to let you know we are truly hurt by the tragedy. How can life be easily been taken away with a missile without any warning whatsoever.  I personally felt the agony and sadness. I was helplessly crying over the flight since the announcement via net. I was deeply saddened by the fact we all are helpless. Tragedy happened was out of anyone capability. I was since demoralised thinking we are not safe anymore. Yes we have to redha with qada n qadar. but somehow it change my view. We should be more grateful as we are living in a safe country. No bombing here and there as in war country. I hope the justice is serve. For the sake of humanitarian and hope for a better world.

PENYUSUAN SUSU IBU

Salam semua, minggu lepas aku pergi kursus penyusuan susu ibu 20 jam. Satu kursus yang mana semua bahagian klinikal (terutamanya yang mmg direct contact dengan patient) wajib hadir untuk merealisasikan hasrat kerajaan menjadikan klinik dan hospital rakan bayi.
Susu ibu sangat penting untuk tumbesaran bayi dari usia selepas lahir hingga 2 tahun. Susu ibu terdapat growth factor IgA, hormone, dan juga imune & antibody yang mana tidak terdapat pada mana-mana susu formula. Susu ibu juga unik kerana kandungan lemak, protein dan karbohidrat yang boleh berubah-ubah mengikut usia dan kesihatan bayi itu sendiri. Kandungan susu ibu juga boleh berubah hatta dalam sekali minum. Ini yang kita panggil foremilk (di awal penyusuan) dan hindmilk (di akhir penyusuan).
Kenapa susu ibu penting?
Susu ibu penting untuk ibu dan juga bayi. Jika untuk bayi lengkap pemakanan untuk tumbesaran, ibu pula dapat mempercepatkan proses penyembuhan luka bersalin jika menyusukan susu ibu. Menyusu susu ibu dapat membantu ibu mengurangkan risiko kanser payudara dan kanser servik. Bila menyusu ibu, dapat menjarakkan kehamilan kerana dapat menindas proses ovulasi.
Walaubagaimana pun, terdapat pelbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh para ibu terutamanya ibu yang pertama kali melahirkan anak. Ini kerana selalu beranggapan yang susu mereka sedikit dan bayi tidak mahu menyusu susu badan. Para ibu harus memulakan proses penyusuan susu ibu seawal sejam selepas kelahiran. Ini untuk memberi peluang untuk bayi belajar cara menyusu dari payudara ibu dan mengelakkan bayi dari hypoglycemia.
Terdapat juga masalah putting terbalik (inverted nipples) tetapi jika diberi kaunseling yang betul masih lagi boleh menyusukan bayi tadi. Sama juga jika bayi tidak mampu untuk menelan, ibu masih boleh menyusukan susu ibu dengan cara memberi susu menggunakan cawan atau haberman feeder.
Ini juga salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan cara yang betul untuk menyusukan anak. Ini penting supaya ibu tidak lenguh dan seterusnya tidak membebankan ibu untuk menyusukan anak.
Bagi ibu yang bekerja, menyusukan susu ibu bukan la satu perkara yang mudah. Ini kerana mereka terpaksa terpisah dengan anak mereka untuk jangka masa yang agak panjang bagi bekerja. Penyusuan seharusnya diteruskan dengan memberikan expressed breast milk (EBM). Ibu yang menyusu perlu mengepam susu mereka untuk bayi dan jugak untuk elakkan payudara mereka bengkak kerana tersumbat susu di saluran susu disebabkan tidak mengepam tadi.


Cara untuk menyimpan susu pula jika tempat sejuk beku (freezer) boleh bertahan selama 3 bulan
jika simpan di bahagian sejuk (refrigerator) 3 hari untuk fridge yang tak ada thermometer. Jika ada thermometer dan dapat sahkan keadaan fridge dalam suhu 2-4oC, boleh bertahan 3-5 hari.
Untuk deep freezer boleh bertahan selama 6 bulan.
Kita tak galakkan simpan balik selepas guna. Sbb takut dh tercemar dengan kuman sekeliling. Kita juga tak galakkan campur susu lama dengan susu baru. Kerana setiap kali expressed milk, kandungan lemak protein berbeza. Jika dicampurkan akan menghasilkan rasa yang tidak enak dan dikhuatiri akan menyebabkan bayi tadi tidak selesa.
Untuk panaskan susu yang disimpan tadi, hendaklah secara tidak langsung dengan sumber api. secara merebus seelok-eloknya. Suhu hendaklah tidak lebih dari 37oC.
Jika para ibu ada masalah penyusuan susu ibu, jangan runsing dan gusar. boleh pergi ke mana-mana klinik kerajaan dan bertemu dengan kaunselor laktasi dan juga boleh dapatkan sokongan dari kumpulan sokongan penyusuan susu ibu berhampiran.

Pemakanan Bayi dan Kanak-kanak

Aku tgh tunggu icloud aku download semua gambar dari iphone aku. So aku nk taip sementara nk siapkan tuh
 
Pemakanan bayi yang paling bagus adalah susu ibu. Dalam susu ibu ada hormone, antibody yang tidak ada dalam mana-mana susu formula. Dalam susu ibu juga boleh membantu penghadaman bayi untuk menerima nutrient yang cukup. Untuk penyusuan susu ibu kami galakkan penyusuan sehingga berumur 2 tahun.
 
Makanan pelengkap pula sepatutnya diperkenalkan seawal usia 180 hari atau 6 bulan dan ke atas. Ini kerana pada masa ini bayi perlu untuk merangsang saraf motor percakapan dan mengunyah dengan baik. Speech therapy yang terbaik dengan memberikan bayi dengan makanan yang sesuai untuk peringkat umur bayi tadi. Jika makanan pelengkap diberikan lewat dari usia 6 bulan. Mungkin bayi akan mengalami masalah dalam pertuturan dan jugak ada masalah menerima makanan selain daripada susu. Dan yang paling utama keperluan dari susu ibu tidak dapat menampung keperluan bayi untuk membesar.
 
 
 
Jika makanan diperkenalkan terlebih awal harus diingatkan tentang kebersihan makanan yang diberi. Ini kerana mungkin boleh terjadi keadaan di mana bayi mengalami cirit-birit, muntah-muntah akibat makanan yang diberi tidak dijaga kebersihannya. Selain itu, kemungkinan untuk ibu untuk hamil semua amat tinggi. Kenapa ibu harus menjarakkan kehamilan kerana untuk mengelakkan ibu mendapat risiko kanser payudara dan juga mengelakkan anak mengalami kekurangan zat makanan.
 
Makanan pelengkap diperkenalkan dengan sedikit dahulu. Ini untuk memberi bayi td menikmati rasa semulajadi makanan td. Harus diingtkan bahawa bayi yang mempunyai sejarah keluarga yang mengalami alahan contoh nya kepada susu lembu, telur, bijirin atau kekacang dan juga makanan laut tidak didedahkan dengan makanan tersebut hinggalah usianya mencapai umur 12 bulan.
 
 
 
 
Untuk mengelakkan bayi tercekik dengan makanan, harusla diingat beri makanan yang boleh dikunyah oleh bayi dan tiada tulang ayam dan ikan yang berpotensi untuk bayi tercekik.
 
 
 
 
Pemakanan bayi semasa sakit amatla kritikal kerana bayi banyak kehilangan air masa sakit. Perhatian yang lebih harus diberikan untuk mengelakkan bayi td susut berat badan dengan teruk.
 
 
Pemakanan yang seimbang harus diterapkan dalam makanan bayi untuk mengelakkan bayi td mengalami masalah kekurangan zat makanan seperti anemia yang menyebabkan bayi menjadi lesu dan tidak bermaya.

Groom's side wedding







last weekend is a long tiring but worth every moment. I love my family and my extended family. hehe

It was my sister's majlis bertandang. At Alor Star. SO far and tiring. yup. 

But we manage to use the time together wisely by going to a holiday trip to Bukit Merah Laketown Resort. hehe I have soo much fun with the kids eventhough I didn't splash myself. hehe

First attempt.

Yesterday my sister and I have D.I.Y our own sister's solemnization dais. huuu cheap and easy. huuu



kain beli kan jakel semeter dalam RM2.80. Total semua beli 12 meter. Then beli ribbons dalam RM14.80. ada dua. So dalam RM33.60 + RM29.60 = RM63.20.

Bantal tuh aku beli RM200 sekali dgn bantal kecik. Alas putih bawah tuh aku tak sure. Adik aku yang beli. 

So aku bangga dengan adik2 aku dan aku yang boleh buat simple pelamin mcm ni. LOL

Without him

My fiancé is outstation to US for a week already. He have to go there for a business trip. I think he is enjoying it most of the time. The time gap is almost 15 hours apart.  That's mean whenever he is off to work, I is probably snoozing at the bed. Same goes if I go to work, he is sleeping. I really miss him. Can't wait for him to come back this Saturday (US time) and arrive a day after. 





Hurmm I hope he will return safely. Amin.

Frustration

Maybe we are two different people. But then to compromise you somehow must know how to bend or being rational whenever we gave you the solutions. I can't really tolerate with people who can't be well-mannered after we helped. Maybe there are people agree to disagree. This argument may lead to frustrations. The tense is there to rip apart the family. Well as I'm getting older and maybe wiser, I must say I do regrets being such a stubborn kid before. Not all of it. Most of it I have solid and concrete excuses. 

Friends do come and go. I guess you have the benefits of having more of friends. Compared to us who closely with our siblings and parents. Really up to you to have friends or not. Just don't make us like an outsider. 

I just can't wait for the wedding to be end. Up to you. Seriously. We love you dearly and if that how you want to run the wedding, I honestly tired and exhausted so you just do it on your own. I wish nothing but your happiness.

Live band? A need? A luxury?

Actually this post is on the previous night before I post on the latest entry. But then I was so tired due to the work, I fall asleep not long after. 

Live band is something more into 'indie' kinda thing. I must say if we want to have one, it is better to suit with the event I guess. Like my wedding will be held in just normal and not exquisite hall, maybe it will be awkward, don't you think? As the hall is small, maybe I will just stick to the plan having simple event. Even though I would love to have one. As I love instrumental and love songs in acoustic. But then I have to curve into the budget. Not that I am not capable of having it. I just don't want to have debt later in the future. 

Maybe the alternative way is to have CD or MP3 played from the DJs. I want the music to be played and make the romantic feeling when we are arriving at the hall. Hurmmm we all can have the imagination. All I hope it will be if not the same at least have the same feeling :) 

But really, LOL if anyone knew any live band in cheras area can you guys recommend them to me? my budget is RM1k. huuu.. talking about spending. LOL

Preparation for my sister wedding

My little sister's wedding is just around the corner. As a big sister all I can help is to ease my parent's burden in making my sister's wedding run smoothly at the wedding's day. My sister can be quite a stubborn kid sometimes.I know she have a strict budget on the wedding but to help ease the flow shouldn't she allocate some of the money for these petty things? Such as having a PA system and a DJ on the day. Or having a professional photographer for captures the wedding pictures? I mean for me it is a main thing. But then for her it just something that she shouldn't focus on.

Saying is much simpler than having to do the task. She just can't imagine on the day itself. I guess I being such a caring sister until she became very pampered in a way she thinks everything will just be in place because she have her older and wiser sister ( in the event experience) to help her for the wedding.

I am not the most perfect person to come whenever an event happened. I am just concerned and don't want the previous problem ( at her engagement's day) arise again or worst! Sometimes I just think she is not that matured enough to handle the wedding. Haish. I shouldn't said that. I should have faith in her.

I must say to prepare the wedding from afar is really stressful. Lucky for me, mine is almost half way done. I just prepared it accordingly and hopefully it will be as planned. In sha Allah. Being outstation for two months have been an agony as far from any telecommunication coverage and internet while my business and wedding preparation is only accessible via internet.

Plus having a fiancé that is 24-hours busy kept me going with this workaholic attitude. We seldom met since I have been working at Kuantan. The only time we met at event; working as a team for our business. Ironic right? Now he have been raised as senior engineer at his workplace and become more and more busier than ever. All I can do is to do the same. So I can be raise as senior nutritionist. So we both can become successful in our carrier life.

This week have been such a very demanding and stressful week I must say. Having to interview nepal's workers and finding respondent that is refused to cooperate really exhausted. Being racist also as I have to interview Chinese resident. Haish. I really felt so different compared to others rural area.  I guess this is not rural area. More into suburban area. Because they are reluctant to help and give information.

Well despite all the problems, we manage to handle the problems. I guess teamwork really rocks!

And spending a few nights at your grandmother's house really connecting or strengthening a bond between grandmother and grandchild. When looking my grandmother's jolt it just keep me realise she needs a company to help her insanity.

New life


ITS been a while I guess. Adapting with new life and friends. Having workload and bosses to please. HAHA. If before my bosses will be my customer. Now it is really different. Thanks to my fiancé and family and friends that have never stop praying for me. So many experience yet still fresh and learning the new world. My hope with me joining the team will help to ease the burden not to escalate the tension. HUU

As I was not prepare for this job, I have to overwork myself to get on track. Unfortunately I have to go this survey around Pahang to get the respondent on Nutritional value for the National Survey. 

But the upside of the scavenging the aborigine and the native, I have learned that not all are lucky as us. Having the luxury to eat whatever we want, at anytime we want. I can't help to realise how important for me to work for them to improve their live.

And also I know the road at Pahang. HAHA. As many know highway are pretty limited in rural or suburban Pahang. Not like KL having tol everywhere. So I am truly grateful for that experience.

Being a nutritionist is really about the community. I really felt that I must work for the people to improve their live especially from nutritional value. I still have long way to go. Experience is the best teacher. And I will always embrace and cherish every little and big event in my life :)
